Rewyld × Plantenvironment
Every child deserves
access to nature.
Not as a treat. Not once a term. Every week. Nature is the classroom. The richest, most alive learning environment there is. But most schools don't have the framework to use it. We built one.
Outcomes
When children spend even 10 minutes outside with intention, the classroom changes.
What you get
Rewyld for Schools walks beside you from the moment you step outside to when you close the circle back in the classroom. Facilitation scripts, reflection prompts, and a teacher journal. Everything in one place.
Four clear steps every session: Arrive, Notice, Feel, Thank. Big, glanceable text you can read while walking with 30 children.
Back inside, ready-made reflection questions deepen the learning.
32 practices across four seasons, mapped to National Curriculum Science, PSHE, and CASEL standards.
A private space to track what worked and how your class responded over the year.
Practice completion, wellbeing observations, and curriculum coverage. Exportable reports for inspections.
The structure
The same rhythm every session, so children feel safe and teachers feel confident. Based on the Four Directions framework for embodied nature connection.
2 min
Cross the threshold from inside to outside. Three breaths. Acknowledge the shift. Children wander and orient.
3 min
Sensory engagement with the prompt. Touch, smell, listen, look closely. Concrete, physical, not abstract.
2 min
Emotional response. “Does this make you feel anything?” All feelings welcome. Teacher shares first to give permission.
2 min
Gratitude and recognition. “Say thank you to what you found.” Walk back together in quiet.
One licence. Whole school.
pounds per school year
Unlimited teachers. 32 practices across four seasons. 40 minutes each. Everything from Reception to Year 6.

Give every teacher a consistent, evidence-based outdoor wellbeing practice, without hiring a specialist, buying equipment, or adding to anyone's workload.
The children who struggle most indoors are often the ones who come alive outside. This gives me a way to reach them every single week.Year 3 Teacher, London
