Cross the threshold from inside to outside. Three breaths. Acknowledge the shift. Children wander and orient.

Notice

Sensory engagement with the prompt. Touch, smell, listen, look closely. Concrete, physical, not abstract.

Feel

Emotional response. “Does this make you feel anything?” All feelings welcome. Teacher shares first to give permission.
